If you are not the property owner or the person responsible for payment, please let me know before any work begins.
If you are renting or arranging work on behalf of someone else, I may ask for proof of identity and confirmation that the landlord or property owner has approved the work. This helps avoid confusion around responsibility, job requirements, and payment arrangements.
Safety and Work Environment
I am committed to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
I reserve the right to stop work and leave the site immediately if I encounter any aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour. This includes conduct by residents, tenants, visitors, pets, or other animals on the property.
If work needs to stop for these or any other safety reasons, an invoice will be issued for the work completed up to that point and payment will be due immediately.
Insurance and your privacy
I aim to complete all agreed work to a high standard, and I carry business insurance for added peace of mind. If you have any concerns about work completed, I will work with you to address them promptly.
Your privacy is important to me, and any personal information I collect will only be used for work-related purposes, such as providing services and issuing invoices.
